Refunds
As each flower is unique, so too, are your special requirements and concerns surrounding your order. For that reason, we ask that you please call our Customer Service Department on 2792 2890 to discuss any queries or concerns you may have in relation to the flowers you have sent or received. A number of resolutions may be available to you and are subject to your particular situation.

Should you need to cancel your order, money will be refunded less a $100 administrative fee, ONLY IF notice is received by Four Seasons 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date. Cancellations received with less than 24 hours notice will be charged at 50% of the total order value. We are unable to cancel orders that are already prepared and are with our courier for delivery.
Note: All refunds for orders placed online or over the telephone are credited back the original credit card on which the order was purchased. In-store refunds are only processed through our head office and will not be issued in-store. A voucher to the same amount paid will be issued for all cash purchases.

Fraud
Any party engaged in illegal activities involving the use of this website will be subject to civil and criminal sanctions and prosecution. Four Seasons does not guarantee that it will be able to prevent any illegal or inappropriate use of this website, nor that it will give notice of any illegal or inappropriate use of this website. It is an illegal violation to place orders under a false name, with a fraudulently obtained credit card or without the consent of the cardholder. All persons found to have placed a fraudulent order will be prosecuted.

Currency
All prices on fourseasons.com.hk are listed in Hong Kong dollars (HKD).

Substitutions
Substitutions may be necessary to ensure your arrangement or specialty gift is delivered in a timely manner. The utmost care and attention is given to your order to ensure that it is as similar as possible to the requested item.

Flowers
In arrangements of assorted flowers, the colors shown online will be used if at all possible, even if this means substituting other kinds of flowers of equal or greater value. For one-of-a-kind flower arrangements, such as all roses or all lilies, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color. If the floral container shown online is not available, a similar container will be used.

Specialty gifts
Specialty gifts may be substituted with another specialty gift of equal or greater value and of similar theme and category.
